Our Philosophy
Takt Time is derived from the German word Taktzeit, which translates to cycle time. Takt time is commonly known in the engineering and manufacturing industry as an attribute that aims to measure output against demand, or more simply expressed as the rate at which you need to complete a product to meet customer demand.
TAKT Global Solution’s (TGS) philosophy is centered on adoption of our client’s mission; providing 100% focus on customer satisfaction at all times. As a transformative (change) company, we recognize that while technology and processes are important, what is most important are the people behind the processes and technology having to experience and manage change; and our ability to meet their expectations. At TGS, we understand the keys to our success are predicated on our understanding of the customers perspective on what “Quality” truly is, and being in-tuned with the Voice-of-the-Customer.
Our People
TGS approaches business with the philosophy that much of our successes have been, and will continue to be, dependent upon our People! We double-down in our investments of our most significant assets (our people) and forge a culture of cohesiveness, diversity, and unity throughout our organization.
Our people bring to the table:
- Advanced degrees in their respective professions.
- Technical “know-how” in their fields
- Security clearances necessary to work challenges at any classification level.
- Certifications and Professional Licenses
- Humility, Integrity, Professionalism, and Enthusiasm (HIPE)©
Our Diversity
We are committed to fostering a company with a workforce as diverse and as representative as that of the United States. We recognize that our diversity is our greatest strength, and as a company, we firmly believe that when people representing a myriad of experiences are gathered, the best creativity and innovation can be realized.
